Business Technology Coaching, what is that?  We get that a lot and here is my definition:

Each year small and medium businesses spend billions on technology to help them become more productive, efficient and profitable and they buy into systems that they don’t understand.  Often the employess get frustrated with the technology and it leads to less productivity, less efficiency and ultimately less profitable businesses.  We will interview the leaders of the business units, managers and staff to find the breakdown between your IT systems and your most important assets, your people.

We are Microsoft Small Business Specialist and have worked in delivering IT solutions to clients since 2001.  We have seen many times that vendors are more interested in selling a product than providing the help the business needs.  My goal is to eliminate that business model.  We can coach the business through the solutions selection and write the scope of work to send requests for quotes from vendors that we know are looking to provide solutions not just sales.
